Do I need to own the property?
No. We prepare homes people own, homes they rent, Aliyah homes, second homes and holiday apartments. What matters is that the property is in Beit Shemesh or a nearby area we serve.
How do you get into the property?
Access is arranged with you directly and securely once your booking is confirmed, never through the booking form. For an Airbnb or holiday rental we only enter or prepare the property where the host or property manager has authorised it.
How much notice do you need?
Three to five days is ideal, and more before Shabbat and chagim. If your arrival is sooner, book anyway and we'll tell you honestly what's possible.
What if my arrival time changes?
Flights move. Message us as soon as you know and we'll adjust the preparation around your new arrival where we can.
How do I pay, and in what currency?
Everything is charged in Israeli shekels (₪), with prices shown in $ or £ for convenience. Standard services are paid in full at the time of booking, and your confirmation email is your receipt.
Can you handle kosher and dietary requirements?
Yes. Tell us the standard of kashrut you need, along with any allergies or preferences, and we'll shop accordingly.
Do you work outside Beit Shemesh?
We're a local service, not a nationwide one. We're based in Beit Shemesh and serve Beit Shemesh plus surrounding areas. Send us the address and we'll confirm whether we can help before anything is booked.
